ABOUT

I make companies run.

Most executives have a strategy. Very few have someone who can make it work. I have spent 25+ years as the operational right hand to founders and CEOs, building the systems, teams, and financial discipline that turn growth-stage companies into scaled enterprises. At Sigue Corporation, I spent 12 years as Chief of Staff to the CEO, managing a $250M P&L across 7+ international regions, integrating a global acquisition that doubled headcount overnight, and improving gross margin from 30% to 34% through pricing discipline and operational controls.

Before that, I spent nearly two decades helping founders and ownership groups scale from startup to $90M through the operating systems, leadership alignment, and financial discipline that growth demands. My Fortune 500 foundation at Nestle, Coca-Cola, and Sugar Foods taught me what enterprise-grade operations look like at scale. I have published two books on business leadership, written a weekly newspaper column for over 20 years, and hold UCLA's Public Company Board Directorship certification. I am not the person with the vision. I am the person who makes the vision real.
